Can jotform record what webpage the form was embedded in when submitted?

    We use the same form for different products. The user chooses the product but in case they make a mistake it would be nice if we could verify what page they were on.

    There are two good ways to track the number of forms and what page they come from.

    Simple:

    Create duplicates of the same form for each page. Within your notification email, add what page that form was on to the notifications you recieve.

     

    Advanced:

    Use only one form, but create multiple conversion types with in google analytics and unique thank you pages with the respective tracking codes. Follow your stats in google analytics to determine best converting pages.
