    Sir,

Q1) I go for Silver Pack (100 GB Space) for 1 Month and then i downgrade to Bronze Pack (10 GB Space) for 12 Months.

Then will i carry forward my Old 100 GB Space availability or it will reduce to 10 GB ?

Q2) If i go for Bronze pack say yearly then will i get 10 GB or 10GB*12 (i.e 120GB) Storage?

    Kindly revert asap

No. Your file storage will go down to 10GB since that is the file storage limit for the Bronze Plan.

No. You will only get 10GB for the whole year. The file storage limit is not monthly and won't reset every month. If you need more space, you will have to upgrade to the next plan or delete the submissions will file uploads in it to free up space. Please make sure to download first the files and submissions because once you delete them, you won't be able to retrieve them later.

    Thanks

    Sir,
Is it possible to get higher storage say 50 gb by paying reasonably extra
    charges under bronze plan.
Some kind of customisation ? As my submissions are less than 1000 pm.
    Awaiting revert.

Unfortunately, the only way to increase your upload storage capacity is to upgrade to a higher subscription plan. Please check our pricing page here: www.jotform.com/pricing

Another way that I can think of is integrating your forms to 3rd party file sharing and storage services that we support, example is Dropbox and Google Drive. You can check them in this page: https://apps.jotform.com/category/file_sharing_and_storage.

With this, your submission data as PDF and the uploaded files will automatically be copied and be moved in your Dropbox or Google Drive folder, giving you a real time backup. From there, if you reached your upload storage limit, you can delete submissions with file uploads in your JotForm account to free up your space. To learn more about upload sizes, you can use this guide as a reference: http://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-Upload-Size-Limit

    I hope that helps.

Our yearly and bi-yearly plan are already discounted compare to monthly multiply it with 12 or 24 months. I'm also not sure if we will offer again the yearly or yearend discount this coming December.

    Thanks
