I am having problems with reloading a PDF to the form

    In the second page of my form there is a pdf that is not being loaded to the form.

    When I use your preview it work but when I use the form's URL this pdf is not being loaded to the form

    Could you please advise?

    I've cloned ad tested your form. I am able to reproduced same issue that you are having.

    I've checked the source code of your form, I see that, there is a Mixed Content Error.

    We can solve that issue with uploading the files with https:// instead of http://.
