How can I tell who the owner of the form is?

    Hi there, we have 2 accounts for Jotform.

    One account has recently been closed down (trial account) but I did copy a form off it to use.

    Can you please advise who the owner of the form is now?

    I have been advised if one account has closed down I can no longer use this form to send out to numerous people.

    Please can you advise.

    I believe that you are referring to the form titled "2016 Conference Delegate Invitation - Registration". This form is associated with the account IFCobra. If you are referring to a different form, please provide us with the Form ID/URL so that we'll try to locate the account. 

    Yes. If the account is completely closed, the forms in the account will not be accessible.
