Email notification

    Hello,  I've had an account with you for years and it's been working wonderfully well.  However, over the past few weeks I've updated the form and now I don't seem to be getting email notification when someone submits it.  Is there a way I can set this up again please?  Sandra

    Hello Sandra,

    I have reviewed your forms and email notifications. The only thing I noticed, in your form "simple swing band booking contract", you did not set the SENDER email address.

    I have also checked, if your email was in our bounce list. It was not.

    If you are still having issues, please let us know and we will be glad to take another look.
