Form Submission Analalytics Referral Source

I have various AdWords landing pages like the following https://www.californiaimplantsmiles.com/permanent-dentures-fly-in-promo/ and when someone submits a form the redirect comes from jotform.com instead of the landing page keyword. 

The reason I need to know the correct referral source is so that I can determine which keyword is the one people are submitting their forms on.

I have contacted AdWords/Analytics and they have informed me that they cannot do anything on their end because I am not able to drop in code into jotform.com. It is possible but I am not sure if your team can do this https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/analyticsjs/cross-domain?hl=en

Is there anything that your team recommends so that I am able to get the correct referral keyword source.

We currently have a widget "Google Analytics". You can add this widget in your form and see if this will help on what you are looking for.

While reviewing your form I notice that there where some widgets that were not added properly. Can you please remove all your widgets and add the google analytics widget again.
