I have done the above: Enabled Sandbox mode on my payment question and I have a sandbox email and password.  When I test the form it goes to paypal login screen with the required dollar amount.  PayPal will not log me in using my snadbox email and password.  I have changed the password to be sure I was using the correct one with no result.  What am I doing wrong?

Please note that Sandbox is the way to allow you as a developer to test your form and your payments.

Having that said, your Sandbox account can be used to log in and see the payments as they come in, as well as the details that are sent along the way, but not for any payments.

To make a payment - regardless if it is for tests or not, you must use your own - regular - PayPal account, but the website would be different: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/lifecycle/sb_test-site/

However no actual charge would be made on the sandboxed form, only a test payment drawing the real details as they would have appeared if you had made a real payment.

Do however check this guide for more details: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/lifecycle/ug_sandbox/

My suggestion is to contact PayPal support in regards to any questions about their sandbox feature as they would be able to tell you exactly what you need to do based on your account and how to proceed, but do let us know of course, if there is anything on the jotform that you need assistance with and we would be happy to assist with the same.
