form disabled

    I created a new form and the system says that it is disabled.

     

    Also, the form designer does not open

    Hi,

    You account was suspended by our automatic phishing detector.  Though your forms to not look to be used for that purpose, we do not allow for the collection of credit card details directly through the form.  Adding these fields to your form is what resulted in the automatic suspension.

    I removed the form and reactivated your account.  If you need to authorize payments in your form, I would recommend using one of our payment processors:
