As soon as I click the green Change Credit Card button, I am taken to a new page to sign up for some service that I never asked about called JotForm Premium. I simply want to pay $90.00 USD for the same services I have been with a different card next billing cycle..

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience. It seems that when you click the Change Credit card button, you are being redirected to a link where you can re-subscribe using a different payment processor. I have verified that your subscription with us is processed through BlueSnap. I have contacted BlueSnap Support regarding your concern and they will contact you about this on your email address.
