Are there fees for payment transactions?

Asked by Chris Mills on November 24, 2015 at 05:21 PM

    Hi Guys -

Sorry to trouble you but I'm trying to find out if you charge processing fees for payments through your forms.

I'm interested in the Braintree functionality and I see from their site they charge 1.75% + 30c per transaction. I think I saw a different figure on your site somewhere so don't know what the correct figure is.

    Could you please clarify?

    Many thanks,

    Chris Mills

The rates of our Braintree integration will be based on Braintree pricing. As per checking, it seems that the Braintree pricing depends on the country you are into. In this page - http://www.jotform.com/braintree/ the rates that was displayed is from United States country (2.9% + $.30).

I checked your account and it seems that you are from Australia. So the rate when you integrate Braintree in your form is same with Braintree Pricing for Australia.
