From isn't working.

    Also, I was just informed that we have problems with ladies filling out our form called MOPS + MOMSNext 2015-2016. Apparently this one isn't working. Is that related to the emails that I rec'd? Is there any way we can get this all cleared up?

    What particular issues are you having with your form, MOPS + MOMSNext 2015-2016? Can you provide us more details of the issue, please? So we can identify it and we can run some test to find a possible solution. We will wait for your response. Thank you.

    The form won't send after submitting. It says "please wait" and doesn't go
    from there. (
    Also, the colored words on the form changed from white to
    gray which make it harder to read but I couldn't find how to change it back
    and have no idea why it did that either?
    )
    This is what I heard from a couple people who've had problems with it.
    Let me know what the next step is.

    I did a test submission in your form and I was able to successfully submit the form. I was not able to replicate the issue you are reporting.

    Have you embedded the form in your website? If so, can you provide us the exact URL where you have embedded your form so we can further check the issue?

    You link redirects to the form itself and as far as I can tell, it should be submitting properly.  If you run into any further issue with it, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
