Can you fully explain the Incomplete Payment window?

    The note on it says things are held until JotForm hears back from the gateway. I show a submission from J Piali as well as a pending payment. Does this mean he made two attempts and one failed?

    I don't understand how the Pending function works.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    When you see an incomplete Payment in your form, it means the user changed his/her mind or the Browser was closed suddenly, or some other reasons , and he/she was unable to complete the payment.
