Are we able to change the account user name?

    Hello - We are in the midst of changing company names. Once the change is official we would like to change our account user name to reflect this. Are we able to do this through the account settings or is this something that can only be done from the backend of JotForm support staff? ...or would you recommend starting / creating a new account with the new company name.

    Please advise.

    It is possible to change username of account, but that can only be done by JotForm support staff. If you want to change username of you account, please provide us at least three usernames, just in case that some names are already taken.
