Possible reasons could be that initially I created an account using the free trial for try-outs using my personal details. After tested and found it very useful, I created another account using company's details, upgraded this respective account and shared the form that I created on my personal account to published it.
Since all respondents' information have already been received and the form was already published, could you help to transfer the form with all respondents details from my personal account to my company's account? Would be good to hear from you ASAP as responses is coming in real quick.Page URL:
