I have a free account with a form set up that I want to embed in our website to be available from next week. We are likely to exceed the free limits quite quickly so I need to sign up. Every time I go to pricing I get an error message about backend problems. Please advise asap.

You should be able to upgrade your account using this link, if you are still having problems let us know.

Thank you for bringing the issue on the pricing page to our attention. Glad to know that the upgrade was successful, as of the moment upon checking your account I can see that it is already set to Premium status.
