Asked by jamesnguyen on November 25, 2015 at 04:20 AM

I follow the instruction but the text keep removing the hyperlink. I click save  after editing the option. however the terms and conditions still go back to blank text.

    Thanks,

    James

I'm checking your forms and I see you seem to have already setup the hyperlinks on your check box option?

Make sure you are using the correct anchor tags. You can learn more about it here: http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_a.asp

You can check the screenshot below on how I add a link on my check box option.

You can also use the following widgets related to terms and conditions:

    http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/terms__conditions

    http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/short_scrollable_terms

    I hope that helps.

    Hi Charlie,

I figured out. there was maybe a bug.

I put in the hyperlink to the text. if I click to that checkbox again, it wil erase the hyperlink.

what I done was created the hyperlink and avoid click to that checkbox area back.

hope you understand what I mean and fix it.

I believe I understand what you meant, if you are editing the text directly by clicking on it.

That part of the field does not accept HTML elements like <a> and others, so when you click on it, converts it to plain text.

To add the HTML element like <a>, you need to place it under the "Options". That's where the HTML can be hold and saved.

I hope that helps. For other concerns or questions, please do contact us again.
