Is it possible to predominantly display the product quantity in a notification?

Is there any way to strip the product quantity so that it can be seen prominently in the email notification? And I really don't need the "Amount" to be in the email too.

To my understanding it seems you want to mainly show the product quantity within your notification.

As far as I know the Qty will show as you may have already noticed towards the end of the amount.

However, it seems to me you wish to just show only the Qty or have it on top some where?
