Sometimes a form doesn't arrive at the right person

    I've installed filters, for example:

    If field X contains: Anne, anne, nne, Anne Smith, Smith, smith

    Etc.

    So if someones name in field X, the email will be sent to them.

    But we had a submission which got a contained field, but she doens't received the submission..

    How come?

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    I've checked your form and  I cloned it, when I submit the form and have entered the correct Name, I receive the email, I made the same test for all the conditions you have in your form, then the conditions are working fine, now I also have checked the email log for each email address you are using and I can see all the emails are being sent,any of your forms is in our bounce list.
