How to show a file or field depending of an answer ?

Is there a way i can make a file available ie viewable depending on the answers I get? Ie can i set a condition to reveal a hidden field or file that can be accessed?

If you want to show or hide a field or a link to a file depending of an answer, you will have to do it with conditions, follow these steps to show fileds and files.

1.Add the field you want to show and add the link to the file, to add the link to the file, you can do it as the image below : 

Now, click on Edit HTML button and click on the Hyperlink icon, paste there the link to the file :

2. Now your conditions should look like these :
