I am trying to put a link on our web page and public media, but it ends up becoming an error. It is 'enabled' but still no luck.
When I share the link, it works, but then after some time, the link is bad - I get an error once I get to Jot Form from link
This has happened when no changes have been made to form. Link is good, then it is not

What is the form direct link that is giving your issues? I could not locate any of your jotforms in your website. Go ahead and get a fresh direct link:
1) Once on the edit mode of your form, click on the Publish button:
2) You will see direct link of your form:
