My form has been disabled and it won't let me update my Billing settings!!

    Hi,

    I use a Jotform embedded on my website for my business.

    My account has been disabled, and the website will not let me update my billing settings or upgrade my account. Please help.

    Hi,

    Your account is currently well over the storage limits for a Free account, which is why your forms were disabled.  I reactivated your account and you should be able to access everything once again, billing included. 

    If you are still unable to access your account to upgrade, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
