We are not receiving emails from our form

    Why Ican't recive the any e- mail from my submision like notification or autoresponder either?

    I already seot up the email and everithing was ok.

    I took a look at the email logs and it seems that your SMTP setup is no longer working properly. My suggestion is to look at the settings and check if the same should be applied or if it should be updated.

    If the SMTP setup seems OK, then something on your side (you can check the logs on your side to see what) is blocking the emails to be sent from your form.

    I see that you have recently set the email to be sent over verified sender option, so if you are still not receiving the same, my suggestion would be to use the noreply@jotform.com instead.
