Do you provide charts based on submissions?

Asked by rkaizen on January 27, 2012 at 08:47 AM

Hi! I am from Kaizen Institute and we are looking for a software to make a questionnaire of maket analysis. Do you think your software is appropriated to do this ind of service? After making my form, can I trasform him into a link, to send to my clients by email?? And about the submissions, your company put the data into a tab? Can I download this data? Do you have tools to make the analysis and to make charts based on data?

    Hello Rebecca,

While its hard to completely sure if JotForm will suit your requirements without understanding exactly what you are trying to acheive, there is nothing which you have mentioned that sounds beyond the scope of JotForm.

You can download your submissions in PDF format to send to your clients.

As well as the JotForm built in reporting features, you can indeed download submission data in Excel or CSV format.

I think you probably best advised experimenting a little bit JotForms tools, create a few forms, test out the reporting features etc.

If you have questions at all, we are more than happy to answer them.

    Hello Rebecca,

Yes, there is tools that allow you produce charts but its difficult to be sure if they will suitable for your specific needs. You wont know until you experiment with them a little.

And yes, you can always download submission data in CSV or Excel format and manipulate your data outside of JotForm.

    Hope that helps.
