JotForm is a free online form builder which helps you create online forms without writing a single line of code. No sign-up required.
We believe that if one user has a question, there could be more users who may have the same question. This is why many of our support forum threads are public and available to be searched and viewed. If you’d like help immediately, feel free to search for a similar question, or submit your question or concern.
To do that Philip, you should use Text field.
You can simply drag it to the form and then edit it to include some text (which you can format) or to include a single link instead.
Once you add it, you will see the option in the toolbar to add the HTML code or simple text in it, but you will also be able to see the Edit button on the field itself which will open the editor for you, allowing you to do this much easier.
You can see this on the following screencap:
I have shown both the toolbar and the Edit HTML option and as you can see both are easy to use, but one might be preferred over the other depending on how much you are familiar with the HTML code.
Do let us know of course if you happen to have any issues with the setup of the same or have any questions along the way and we would be happy to assist with the same.
