Is it possible to have JotForms to prepopulate a field using an external file value as a lookup table?

Example: I have 1000 schools that I want to appear in a dropdown selection box. It would be great to conditionally pick by zip and have those schools with that zip only appear in the dropdown rather than all 1000. Possible?

No form yet created. Determining if JotForm is the best solution.

You might accomplish this, but you will have to manually enter the schools in separate Drop Down fields:

And use conditional logic to show only that specific Drop Down if a specific zip is entered(In another field): http://www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-show-or-hide-a-field-in-the-form-based-on-the-other-field-input-or-selection
