Can't see submitted forms in my account.

Asked by wcwman18 on October 06, 2010 at 04:26 AM

My account shows that a few of my forms have been submitted. However when I go to view the details nothing is displayed. How might I fix this?

Do you mean you get a blank screen when you click on "Submissions" button on the My Forms page? Or do you get some kind of message there?

Another possible way to access your submissions is to create Report. Select your form, click on Reports button on the toolbar and then click on "Add New Report".

I think you are using Firefox 3.6 on Windows. Does the same also happen on any other browser you might have? (Firefox, Safari or Chrome)

I tested your form on Firefox 3.6.10 + Windows and the submissions page works fine.

Do you get any kind of error message? On firefox top menu, can you open Tools -> Error Console, click on "Clear" and then refresh the page. Do you see any error messages?

This is just a warning. So, this shouldn't be the problem. Do you see anything when you click on the "Error" tab on the Error Console?

What is the URL of the page when you see the blank screen?

We have just made a fix for the submissions page. Can you check and see if it is still giving an empty screen?

OK, Thanks for providing the error message. This will help us fix the bug.

Until we fix this bug, (which may take couple of weeks) please use another browser or use the "Reports" feature on "My Forms" page to get to your submissions. Thanks.

Have tried using internet explorer instead and still have the same problem.  How can I remove the submissons if I don't need them but can't see them in my account?
