Hi there, I would like to change the e-mail address for where the forms are sent, they are currently going to S.J.Townsend@exeter.ac.uk however this is not the business e-mail address and I would like them to go into the business account.
Please can the e-mail be changed to:
admin@excellencesouthwest.co.uk

As far as I understand from your thread, you want to change the E-mail of your Notification.
You can change The Recipient E-mail easily.
I will show how to do this step by step:
1) Click on Setup & Embed.
2) Click on Emails.
3) Click on your Notification.
4) Click on Reply-to and Recipient Settings.
5) Change the Recipient E-mail.
When I checked your Email Notification I realized that, you did not set your notifications correctly.
For preventing any issue, please try to set your form notifications as you see below:
