we have International Shipping as an add on. How can this be brought into the form?

Unfortunately, as of checking, add-on from Braintree is not yet supported. However, I will forward this to our higher ups as a feature request so it will be considered in the future, thus if possible.

By the way, if in case you missed, you can actually create coupons as an add-on discount when you choose "Sell Products".
