Our form is no longer showing up on our site.

    We were using an order form built in Jot, and have it embedded into our WordPress web site.  I logged into our Jot account, and it looks like the form was locked for it reaching capacity as a secure form.  It should not have been set up as a secure form, so I went in to the "embed" options, did not select the secure form option, copied the HTML code, and repasted it into our WP page, saved everything, and it is still not showing up.

    I've included a link where the form should show up, there is nothing there.

    Please help.

    If your using a (basic) free account and reach the 100 submission limits per month then your forms will be disable for the meantime. It will only be reactivited until you either upgrade your account or wait for the next month when your counter resets to zero.

    I've now cleared the half of your SSL submissions and reactivated your account. I also visited your website and your form is working fine now.
