I cant access to my account, the email with the instructions for reset my password never comes.

I see that there is an account r7d registered with this email address. However, as I check the form provided here, it is existing in a guest account. I've now moved this form to your account r7d. I've checked your email address if it is in our bounce list and it is not listed in it. Please try resetting the password now using the account username or this email address. You should be receiving the email with password reset link.
