How to set conditions to skip pages in the middle

Asked by upmchp on January 27, 2012 at 03:07 PM

Hi, I created a form with 5 pages.  Users should check at least one of four options on the first page, and based on the answer, users should fill out the page required for each option they chose. The problem I faced is when the users check multiple options. For example, if the user checks the option 1 and 3, he should go to the page 1, skip the page 2 and jump to the page 3 when he clicks 'Next' on the page 1.  But this doesn't happen.

How can I set the conditions to achieve this?

    Thanks.

    Haebin

    Haebin,

I was not able to find a form under your account that uses page breaks. Have you deleted the said form?

Anyway, there used to be a glitch that affects checkboxes and conditions, but that has long been fixed. If you're still having issues with it, please give us the URL of the affected form so we can properly investigate.

We look forward to hearing from you soon.
