Can we customise the field order with the data received in CSV format?

Thank you for confirming that Jotform is compatible with CSV file format. We have a long application form and need to customise the order the information appears so that we can import it into another CSV format program. Please advise if this is possible and how we would do it. Thanks, Ruston

Unfortunately, you can't manually sort it before you download the CSV submissions. It is automatically sorted according to the order of your form fields. However, you can always open the CSV file into ms excel software and change the field order over there. This is pretty much faster and easier. :)
