purchased premium subscription but is not showing in account settings...

    when I check the account settings it still shows account type as FREE.  Please advise.

    Upgrades are almost instant. When you complete the purchase, your account should become Premium. If you do not see your limits increased. Log out, delete/erase your browsing cache and cookies then log back in.

    I cleared my cache and relogged in several times and it is still not showing the upgrade.  I have reference numbers for the purchase of the upgrade...

     Can you please check on this?
