    Jotform Daily Digest keeps coming even after unscription

    Hi Jotform

     

    Daily Digest keeps spamming my inbox even though I have deleted the digest 5-6 days ago.

     

    And if I try to click unsubscribe again, it always says that the subscription has been deleted.

     

    the formID is 52133872286357

     

    can you pleas look into this matter?

    Hi,

     

    May I know which email did you setup this Daily Digest that is still working even you have unsubscribe the digest emails? Also, if you can provide to us the unsubscribe link that is included in the email so we can further check. If you can provide us a sample screenshot of the recent email you receive then that would be great. To add a screenshot on this thread, just  follow the instruction provided in this article: How to add screenshots images to questions in support forum.

    Hi

    Yes the unsubscribe link is http://digest.jotform.io/digestSetup.php?unsubValue=a3238AfCkqx1BHM1B67MIGQvNP1iHh

    And the digest was setup up to vitokandanmark@gmail.com

    I suspect there has been an double subscription, since the person who complained about it, told me, that they received 2 mails daily, and after the unsubscription, only 1 mail kept coming.

    Hello Simon,

    The above link indicates that the subscription has already been removed.

    You can also revoke the digest access to your account under the API tab in your account settings.

    Do let us know if this resolves you issue.

    Hi again

    Okay, so besides unsubscribing the Digest mail, I have also revoked the API key.

    But know I just keep getting mail, which has the subject “Wrong API for Digest Email”, and if I try to unsubscripe that mail, I get a page stating, that already have unsubscribed.


    I’m feeling kind a out of options

    I checked your mail logs and have confirmed that you are still receiving Daily Digest e-mails even after unsubscribing and revoking the API. I will raise this issue to our development team to see if they can resolve the issue. However, we do not have an ETA on when this issue will be fixed. Rest assured we will inform you on this thread once there are any updates.

    Just to inform you guys - I'm still getting these mails 

    Emails have been unsubscribed

    API have been revoked

     

    Just tired of getting this spam mail once a day

    Sorry for the inconvenience being caused. I see that the issue is already forwarded to our backend team. Unfortunately, there is no update at the moment. Once we have any update in this regard, you'll be posted here.
