    I get the message "Form not found - this form is disabled" when I want to publish it on my page.. How can I fix this?

    Hi,

     

    I checked the account with username pasquasi and I noticed that your account was automatically suspended by our phishing detector due to this forms:

    http://www.jotformeu.com/form/53296716851363

     

    We do not allow our user to create a login form or have a username and/or password field in their forms as this is against our terms of use. Please delete the forms in question to avoid your account to be suspended.

    Hi Chriistian,

    Thanks for this advise.

    The idea behind this form is that we can identify who sends us the information. It is not meant to be a login form.

    I deleted the forms and cretaed new ones that do not have such characteristics.

    May I ask you to release my account?

    I've checked your account, it seems that these forms are still existing in your account. I've deleted them from your account now and activated the account. You should be able to login to your account without any issue.
