I want to delete my account and stop former paypal billing actions. Also, yesterday jotform billed 19 dolars in my account, but I wont use this month anymore since my account will be deleted. Can I have a refund since I wont use jotform anymore?
other thing, it would be easier if you had a delete account button on jotform settings.
please, answer me as soon as possible.

Since JotForm is a subscription based service, the account will be renewed automatically at the end of the period of subscription. It is required to cancel the subscription manually in order to stop any further charges on the account. Since your subscription is paid through PayPal, it is required to cancel the subscription from PayPal dashboard. I've now forwarded the issue to our backend team to cancel the subscription and process the refund of the latest charge. It takes 5 to 7 business days to reflect the refunded amount in your account statement.
Once the subscription is cancelled, you account shall be downgraded to Free and you'll not be charged anymore. Since JotForm also offers the Free subscription, the deleting option may not have been provided with account settings. However, if you still want to delete the account, please let us know after downgrading the account to Free so that we'll do it for you.
