Attaching a file in the form

Asked by Bouknight  on November 27, 2015 at 09:42 AM

    Good afternoon,

I setup the Folder in Google Drive, but how do I add it to the end of the form?

After they fill out the form I want them to have the option of attaching a file.

    Thanks

You are currently using a Google Form in the given website.

I would suggest creating the form in Jotform then you can add the file upload field to allow someone to upload a file in your form. Here are our guides:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/29-Upload-Field-Allowed-File-Types

    http://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-Upload-Size-Limit

If you want to integrate your form to Google Drive, that is also possible. Simply check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/192-How-to-Integrate-a-Form-with-Google-Drive.

    Thanks

Will the form still be linked to my spreadsheet?

I presume that you are asking if the jotform you create now will be linked to the spreadsheet that you had with your Google Form.

If that is the case, then the answer would be no.

Each time you create an integration from your jotform to Google Spreadsheet, a new spreadsheet is created for that form.

You can see how to create it by following the steps here: How to Integrate Form with Google Spreadsheet

Do let us know if you have any additional questions and we would be happy to assist wit the same :)
