    A Form with auto reply verifying info and logging info in a database automaticaly

    I have a couple of Jotforms on my website(aceluxury.com) and looking to add more capacity. The main reason for my inquiry is that I need the "travel agent registration form" to auto-reply with a "Thank you for registering" &"verify info" notes. I also need the form to sync data to a data base(excel, works, etc..) without having to type data manually. Can we make the changes from your site without involving a webmaster or do we need his help. I look forward to your response & thank you.     Unfortunately, we don't offer phone support, but we will help you here.

    You can easily set an autoresponder to your forms,to do it just follow this guide :

    Now, in regards to get the data, you mention you would like to get it in an Excel file, in JotForm you can download a Report of your submissions, refer to this guide to do it :

    But, if you need to store the Data in a Database, you have to check these guides :
