Submitters receive an 'sql server down' error?

When people submit the feedback form, they receive an error stating the sql server is down.  I can still see the responses when I log in, and everything seems fine, but I didn't know if this was an error with my email or with the form?

I made a test in one of your forms and I was able to submit it without any problem, it could be a temporary issue, and should now be fixed and your form should be working fine as well.
