i have just created my first form, i am trying to setup the email notifications but i am not receiving them.
i am using dreamweaver at the moment for my website files etc and i generally preview my sites using the web preview function in the dreamweaver program, the form works fine and does everything it is meant to in the preview however i am not receiving email notifications, i have also tried to trial an email notification on jot form also and no response. does it take a while? or perhaps there is something else i am missing?

Your email is not in the bounce list. I can see that the email notification is configured correctly. Based on the mail logs, the notifications are being sent to your email.

I did a test submission on your form using the direct URL. It was successful, it also appear on the mail logs. It means that the submissions are being sent to your email from our servers.
Please check your spam or junk folders. I would advise you to please check if there are any spam filters on your email program or email client. You can also try white-listing JotMail IP addresses.
