Hello, I purchased a 'Theme' and customised it with my logo and images. However when I create a pdf fillable form the logo and images disappear and its just a blank form. This defeats the whole purpose of purchasing the theme and customising it. Can anyone help resolve this issue?

I'm sorry, but it's currently not possible to get the fillable PDF with the same design or format from the form. Our fillable PDF creator will generate the PDF form with working fillable fields where you can input and select a data, save it or submit it.
I have submitted this to our developers as a feature request. We can't promise any timeframe for this, but if there are updates, you should know it through this thread.

Thanks for your reply. It's very disappointing that its not possible to generate a fillable pdf which has the same design as the theme/form. I do hope that jotform is able to do something about that in the future as it's a feature that I think most users/potential users would like to see. It's certainly why I signed up.On another note I'm experiencing a number of other problems with the fillable form. The form sub-headings don't transpose leaving 'gaps'.In addition some of the text is written over the text boxes and the last few pages are missing altogether.
After spending a long time creating the form it's extremely disappointing to see how unprofessional the fillable pdf looks. In my view it's just not usable for business purposes.

I'm sorry, there is nothing we can do about it for now. But as soon as the feature is added, we will surely let you know about it.

I think the best way for now would be to use the online web form version. This way, the form will look like the way how you design it in the form builder.
Also, you can find more details about the fillable PDF creator in this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/312-Fillable-PDF-Everything-you-need-to-know-about-JotFrom-fillable-PDF-creator.
