having trouble w the last four or 5 submissions - coming through blank

    I just received a working form. What about the ones before that were blank? Do you know if the payment integration part went through or was the entire process a fail?

    Sorry about that Pam. I was told by our developer to check if you have received a payment during that time with blank submissions sent to your email. If so, we suggest to contact those people and ask to resubmit the form again. Otherwise, if you have not received a payment, consider those as fail submissions. Unfortunately, this is the only way to recover the missing data if there's any. Thanks for your understanding.
