I am receiving blank submissions

    Hello Jotform-

    I have received 4 registrations today and all 4 have shown up as blank. In other words, there's no data about participant name, address, email, or anything. I successfully received their payments through Paypal and can confirm that their information was added prior to hitting the submit button. Can you please help me understand why the registration data is not coming through? Additionally, the registrations are not even showing up when I generate a report for a given week of camp. Thanks-
