I have received a message telling me that "You have currently reached the limits of your account". and that my forms will be disabled.
Will they be disabled permanently ? If not, will the form be available again the 1rst of december ?
It's quite exeptional that we received that much forms.I don't think this will hapen very often.

Yes, your forms are currently disabled, because of you have reached the limit of submissions, the submissions counter reset each month , then on December 1rst your submissions counter will be 0 again, now if you often reach the limit I would suggest you to upgrade your account, you can choose the plan that fit better your needs, you can take a look to our pricing here :
If you upgrade your account, you will avoid to get the message of reached limit and your form won't be disabled, by now if you need to have available your form, you should delete some submissions.
