Limits of account

    Hi,

     

    I received an email telling me that my free account has reached its limit.

    I have jus deleted a lot of the messages. Will my account still be working?

    If you have already reached your submission limits, all of your forms will be disabled. If you wish to continue using your forms, you will need to either upgrade to a higher subscription plan OR wait for the submission limits to reset which happens every 1st day of the month. This means, you can not free up your submission limit by simply deleting them.
