Date Formats incorrect in Google Spreadsheet

Hi there

For usability purposes, we have created a date field using 3 dropdown lists instead of the calendar. The form is integrated with a Google Sheet and the format of this date field when saved seems to be quite unstable.

What can we do?

I cloned your form and checked it. I presume you are using the Birth Date picker widget?

In my Google Spreadsheet, this is how it looks like:

However, in my case, the separator used is "/" compared to other date values that are "-". In that case, you can change the whole column to your own format. You can follow this screenshot:

I then made another test submission, see the second submission below has now the same format of the 1st submission which uses "-" in it.
