Change username request

    As per your request, I changed your username from (baingar) to (remitente). Please log out from JotForm and then log back in to verify the changes.

    Good day,

     

    Sorry (I´m not a english speaker), for an error I asked you the changed of my user name, but I dont need it.  

    Could you please return my old user name with all the same profile that I had until November 29th? Because, now I have only the basic profile with this change of username and I need my old profile with the befefits that I had.  Please try to do this change as soon as possible.

    When I changed your username your account is under the Free plan. As of right now, you are still under the Free plan. May I know what benefits are you referring to?

    As per your request, I changed your username back from (remitente) to (baingar).
