Is there a way to require people to "like" my facebook page before they can fill out a form that I've imbedded into my facebook business page?

    Hello Ollie,

When adding a form to your facebook page using static HTML or iframe app, you will have the fields for information that you can put in for both non-fan and fans.  Putting your form's source on the fan field will let you have the form to appear once the user has liked your page.

You can learn more on how to do this on these user guides:

Different FBML programs (TabPress is one) have the ability to show certain material to members who do not like your fan page, and members who do like your fan page
