Thank you page ony shows a box shadow effect, but no content after submission

    I created a submission confirmation page, but it shows up blank on everyone's screens.  There is just a faint gray line.

    I tried submitting your form and was able to see the issue.

    Following that I have checked your form and I see that the thank you page is correctly set up - no reason why it would be showing like that.

    I do see however that another user has reported the same issue, so I will raise this to our developers to look into as well.

    I was however able to fix this for you so it seems to be working fine - as mentioned I will still pass this to developers to look into why it started happening in the first place.

    It’s working but my custom message isn’t there – do I need to go in and enter it again? I don’t want to mess anything up.
