I have a form that we tested last week and it received 2 real inquiries, but when I go to the form analytics it says 0 conversions. How is that possible? There should be a bunch!Page URL:

I have logged in to your account and and I was able to replicate mentioned issue when I checked Form Analytics of the form you provided. There is no data for Responses, Conversion Rate and Average Time.
I will escalate this issue to our developers and we will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved.

Can I get an update on this ticket? The analytics still aren't working. I'm not sure why you are making your own analytics instead of a Google integration. It's very inconvenient. Also, your analytics don't show referral sources. When working with forms, that is very important information. If you're going to make an analytics tool for a form, it should really include that.

Unfortunately we have not received any update form our backend team yet. Upon checking the bug report, I found that it is marked as important and one of our developer is already looking into this issue. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update on this.

Sorry for the late response. We have fixed Form Analytics issues. It is working fine now although some of old conversion data may be missing (we are working to recover them). Thank you for your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.
